1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the “EASE” application, website or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the “EASE” Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the application or related services.

2. Nature of the service

“EASE” provides general wellness education, lifestyle information, self-assessment tools, habit-building resources, educational videos, guided activities, goal-setting tools and progress-tracking features. The content is intended to help users develop and maintain healthy everyday habits. 

“EASE” may provide wellness insights or educational resources based on information entered by the user. These features are intended for general wellness and educational purposes and are not intended to provide individualised clinical recommendations.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment gateways. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Ltd., WellthGreen Foundation, and their respective personnel, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use “EASE”, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access to “EASE” where reasonably necessary, including where a user violates these Terms, misuses the service, or where required for security, legal or operational reasons. Users may stop using “EASE” at any time. 

18. Governing Law 

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is legally established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to the user.
